The higher Google PageRank the page has where your link is at, the better rank does your page get which increases your search engine position. To know what prices to set for the links you can simply see what kind of prices the broker sells them for. To reach break-even in you selling the links yourself compared to a broker you probably need a site with at least PageRank 6 or 7.
